HR Support Administrator
Gray, LA Gray, LA Full-time Full-time $18 - $20 an hour $18 - $20 an hour NVI is currently seeking an organized, communicative individual to be our HR Support Administrator.
This is a full-time position with working hours from 8 am to 5 pm Monday-Friday.
The pay range for this position is $18-20 per hour.

We look forward to hearing from you! The Human Resources Support Administratorwill be responsible for the following actions/tasks:
Schedule new hire drug screens and physicals.
Arrange employee start dates and travel for onboarding and training.
Facilitate employee onboarding.
Ensure that employee information is accurately entered into all company databases.
Assign employee new hire trainings.
Verify new hire time throughout the onboarding process.
Notify management when employee has successfully completed onboarding.
Provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources staff.
Verify references and conducting background checks.
Assist the employee uniform and PPE order program of the company Assist in preparing reports related to personnel management (staffing, recruitment, T&R, etc.
) Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Complete the new hire report for state compliance responsibilities.
Assist with completion of special Human Resource projects to meet federal, state, and company goals.
Any other duties as assigned by the Human Resources Department Management.

D Valid U.

drivers license and able to pass an MVR evaluation.
Able to pass background check policies/procedures.
Able to passDrug/Alcohol policies/procedures.
Required Experience Entry level professional is acceptable.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited university 1 year of experience in administrative roles Company Benefits Holiday pay; Paid Vacation; Traditional 401K Retirement Plan and Company Match; Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Short & Long Disability Insurances.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
