Ability to coach, mentor and develop others on Shell's Maintenance Execution, Perform Turnarounds and Major Maintenance Work Processes.
Scheduler Focal Point for OTHER CONTRACTORs Should have 5
years of Scheduling Experience All Scheduler IIIs must have their skills and certifications signed off by COMPANY Contract Holder and/or COMPANY Contract Owner, including when request is made for movement from a Scheduler II to a Scheduler III.
Developing a weekly optimized maintenance schedule for an asset 14-day (Hard) Maintenance Schedule - T0 hard freeze, T1-T2 soft freeze Ability to Travel Offshore Identify and elevate scheduling barriers and opportunities to the OMC and Maintenance Team Lead Engaging with Stakeholders, Asset Leadership, Advisors, Maintenance Team Lead, WPT's, Planners, and any others to ensure an optimized, effective, and efficient maintenance schedule is consistently delivered without blind spots Aligning orders in the backlog that occur on the same equipment, and/or similar task for deferment/cost/resource optimization Optimizing the scheduled day of execution for Weekly PMs, based on asset circumstances Reviewing upcoming PM/CM work orders, make Basic Start Date adjustments as needed Maintaining accurate resource capacities by creating/adjusting work orders that account for time in training, sick leave, or other absences Foresee, deconflict when possible, and communicate LAFD threats to the OMC.
(OMC is responsible for submitting Z6 requests) Participate in Week in Review meeting to identify/understand root causes of schedule upsets, and opportunities to improve schedule attainment, liquidation rate, and schedule efficiency.
Develop and deliver an optimized, effective, and efficient maintenance schedule every week (100% loaded) Level loaded 52-week view of maintenance activity.

years of experience in a production setting required.
SafeGulf Strong Excel skills with the ability to build charts and tables at ease.
Possess strong clerical, communication, customer service and organizational skills.
Strong production data entry & logistics experience.
