A successful candidate will exhibit characteristics that support the following:
Safety Awareness Work Ethic Technical Skill Customer Focus Open Communication Implementing Vision and Values
Responsibilities:
Facilitate inventory analysis and continuous improvement sessions to identify and deliver solutions to remove impediments to flow and achieve desired business outcomes.
Run reports daily/weekly/monthly monitoring key inventory characteristics that ensures inventory accuracy for the GoM region.
Identify parts and materials as necessary, provides feedback to appropriate personnel to correct material master descriptions and other relevant data.
Perform periodic analysis of inventory levels, recommending inventory setting adjustments aimed at target specific minimum and maximum reorder point adjustments that fulfills offshore demand.
Coordinate with Ops and purchasing to order new supplies to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of inventory management, data maintenance, materials managements and warehouse operations Strong analytical, reporting, and data manipulation skills.
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Sharp problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
