Responsibilities:
Dismantle and Reassemble Instrumentation Equipment Monitor and maintain the condition of Instrumentation Equipment.
Diagnose Faults in Equipment.
Monitor and Maintain Pollution Control Measures.
Emergency Response Maintain Fire and Gas Systems Maintain all Safety Systems Provide assistance or direction to other stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard workers.
Determine proper storage methods, identification, and stock location based on turnover, environmental factors, and physical capabilities of facilities.
Automatic Controls Repairman / Instrument Technician (ACR/IT) oSafe and compliant performance of routine repairs and maintenance on safety shutdown systems, fire and gas systems, pneumatic control systems, process control valves and hardware and PLCoCompliance with BSEE and USCG regulations and EPA permits oMaintenance duties including performing PMs, routine CMs, support of safety shut down systems, fire and gas systems, pneumatic control systems, process control equipment, PLC, and corresponding maintenance records management oExperience with Yokogawa products preferred oSupport operators in surveillance of critical equipment to process systems oEnsure Safe Production (ESP) duties including shift handover, start of shift orientation, shift team meeting and planning, end of shift reporting, proactive technical monitoring, managing abnormal situations, alarm management, etc.
oICS response during emergency or response situations oActively participate in COMPANY's safety programs & BBSM oReview and provide input to MOC's or variances oDevelop System Operation Manuals and operating procedures
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent 3 yrs experience desired with offshore experience preferred.
Valid TWIC card Familiar with Microsoft Office Desired:
