Candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, writing estimates, informing customers of issues with their vehicles, and ordering parts.
Must be a team player with excellent customer service skills, and strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
Write estimates using a computer based program.
Explain recommended repairs to customers.
Inform customers of the issues with their vehicles and recommend additional services as needed.
Order parts and ensure that they are available for repairs.
Maintain accurate records of all work.
Communicate effectively with the technicians and other staff members.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and co - workers.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of automotive repairs and maintenance.
Prior experience as a Service writer.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
